and those with at least one reply widened during
the [third quarter of 2010]. Posts receiving no
replies had an average FICO score of 626 while
posts with at least one reply, which we view as
an indicator of lenders’ interests, had an average
FICO score of 705 — a difference of 79 points.
This is the largest gap since we started tracking
Loan Post statistics in early 2007 and indicates
that lenders still show little interest in anything
other than the highest-quality prime loans.”
